Examples of our Work in SouthPark:

6. SouthPark, NC Real Estate

Even though SouthPark is named after the mall, there are many young people and families living here. Homeowners enjoy a combination of urban and suburban living. You’ll find massive homes with manicured lawns, luxury apartments, and chic townhomes. Within this Charlotte neighborhood, you’ll find smaller residential neighborhoods to choose from.

Many of SouthPark’s communities are older and were built in the 1970s and 1980s. The community has larger lots with mature trees and walkways. New estates, mixed-use shopping, and residential areas are being built in the neighborhood. There are plenty of property options in  SouthPark as well. From single-family homes to modern townhouses to the luxury mansions of Pellyn Grove as well. South Charlotte is also home to some of the best schools, hospitals, and medical facilities.

7. The Future of SouthPark:

The SouthPark area of Charlotte is set to undergo significant transformations aimed at enhancing its walkability, connectivity, and community spaces. The SouthPark Forward 2035 Vision Plan outlines approximately $250 million in public and private projects to be implemented by 2035.

Key Initiatives:

  • Community Gathering Spaces: The plan proposes a reimagined Symphony Park to serve as a central hub for events and daily activities. Enhancements along Carnegie Boulevard are also planned to facilitate street festivals and public art installations.

  • Enhanced Connectivity: To improve pedestrian and cyclist access, the completion of the SouthPark Loop—a 3-mile urban trail—is prioritized. This trail aims to link various destinations within SouthPark, fostering a more cohesive community layout.
