Examples of our Work in SouthPark:

6. SouthPark, NC Real Estate

Even though SouthPark is named after the mall, there are many young people and families living here. Homeowners enjoy a combination of urban and suburban living. You’ll find massive homes with manicured lawns, luxury apartments, and chic townhomes. Within this Charlotte neighborhood, you’ll find smaller residential neighborhoods to choose from.

Many of SouthPark’s communities are older and were built in the 1970s and 1980s. The community has larger lots with mature trees and walkways. New estates, mixed-use shopping, and residential areas are being built in the neighborhood. There are plenty of property options in  SouthPark as well. From single-family homes to modern townhouses to the luxury mansions of Pellyn Grove as well. South Charlotte is also home to some of the best schools, hospitals, and medical facilities.

Leave the brightness and bustle of Southpark Mall and drive a stone’s throw down Sharonview Road, and suddenly you feel like you’ve been teleported to the Smokies.

Due to a convergence of ancient stream beds, the landscape in this area is much hillier than the rest of Charlotte, with sweeping wooded hillside views, cozy valleys and trickling streams.

When you reach the entrance to Mountainbrook, you know you’ve come to a special place. With its curving, meandering streets, the neighborhood is designed in harmony with the unusual geography. And the setting obviously inspired local architects, because around every bend is a one-of-a-kind home, including a number of mid-century modern gems.

Mountainbrook’s lots are large and wooded, tending to be about a half acre. Many have steep slopes. Traditional flat, grassy yards are rare in the neighborhood. The trade off for the lack of level yard space are the beautiful wooded views seen from almost every home. You won’t hear any Mountainbrook families complaining about their hilly yards, because for outdoor fun they head to the Mountainbrook Club, a true old fashioned neighborhood club with a large pool, tennis courts and other amenities.

Foxcroft, one of the most beautiful communities in Charlotte NC, is truly a one-of-a-kind neighborhood.  As it has been for years, Foxcroft is one of Charlotte’s most desirable neighborhoods where homes are surrounded with mature trees and gorgeous landscaping. The Crepe Myrtle trees canopy the driveways and streets throughout the neighborhood in the summer. The old oaks just seem to envelope you as you drive through the lush, green community.

The Foxcroft Homeowners Association is “dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the quality of life for our Foxcroft residents.” The FOHA has maintained the highly sought after community including two recent collaborative efforts for the Neighborhood Community Water Fountains and the Susan Phelps Memorial Garden.

FHOA has teamed with Foxcroft Swim and Racquet Club to complete another project establishing the Susan Phelps Memorial Garden, and the preservation and enhancement of the neighborhood permanent wooden benches and garden near the tennis courts. Foxcroft Hills, in the heart of the Foxcroft neighborhood, is situated on 13 private acres and is one of Charlotte’s oldest and most active clubs.

7. The Future of SouthPark:

The SouthPark area of Charlotte is set to undergo significant transformations aimed at enhancing its walkability, connectivity, and community spaces. The SouthPark Forward 2035 Vision Plan outlines approximately $250 million in public and private projects to be implemented by 2035.
