We've been building this team slowly, year by year, and it's wild to look back and see how far we've come. There have been plenty of obstacles and setbacks along the way. But I'm honored to work alongside such an amazing group of people.
The truth is, rankings never tell the whole story. They don't show the late nights, the deals that nearly fell apart, the hard conversations, the mistakes, the adjustments, the prayers, the pressure, or the people who kept showing up anyway. What they really don't show is the culture we've built together. This team doesn't just work well together, we genuinely like each other, push each other, and show up for each other. That's rare, and I don't take it for granted.
And honestly, none of this means anything without our clients. We've gotten to meet some incredible people and walk alongside them through some of the biggest moments of their lives, buying their first home, selling the house they raised their kids in, relocating for a new job, starting over after a loss. Getting trusted with that is not something we take lightly. Every one of those relationships is part of this ranking too.
None of this happens without my wife and family, who put up with the long hours, the nights, and the weekends. That sacrifice is on this ranking too, even if it doesn't have a name on it.
