Forest Creek opened in 2021 and middle school zones shifted with it. Older listings and neighborhood guides still name Banks Trail Middle for Massey, which the current district boundaries do not support.

Massey Residence Club is the homeowners association, based at the amenity center on Felts Parkway. Dues run roughly $1,100 to $1,150 a year, typically billed in two installments, and they fund the amenity center and the common areas. That package includes the two-story clubhouse with a fitness center and theater room, the lazy river, water slide, splash zone and lap pool, playgrounds, walking trails and the sidewalks throughout. Pool access runs on a fob tied to a current account. A few attached and villa sections, including Enclave at Massey, carry their own separate dues on top. Confirm current dues and which association covers a specific address before making decisions.
Massey sits in southeast Fort Mill (29715) off North Dobys Bridge Road, with Felts Parkway running through the middle of it. Doby Bridge Park is about five minutes away, and the nearest grocery runs nine to eleven minutes to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Dobys Bridge, Food Lion on SC-160, or the Publix on Charlotte Highway in Indian Land. I-77 at Gold Hill Road is about 13 minutes west, Kingsley and the Anne Springs Close Greenway sit 13 to 15 minutes out, and Baxter Village is about 16. Uptown Charlotte runs roughly 21 miles, about 35 to 45 minutes depending on traffic, with Ballantyne and south Charlotte closer by way of 521.
